I have been blessed with the opportunity to visit Haiti and photograph doctors and nurses while they work to restore hope and stability to Haiti.

We are volunteering through New Reality International (NRI) in conjunction with the Haitian Christian Mission (HCM) for 10 days. New Reality International is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting impoverished countries with providing safe housing structures, free medical and dental procedures, and assisting and educating those who have suffered from torture and slavery. I will also be assisting doctors in any way needed other than my photography skills. To learn more about NRI, please visit www.newrealityinternational.org.

Upon arrival we will begin to serve as directed by HCM and NRI officials. Our first priority is to get clinics operating so that patients can be treated. While honored and excited to partake in this experience, it is a volunteer effort and I must cover all necessary travel expenses. I feel compelled to reach out to family and friends for support and help with my mission as the cost of my trip to Haiti includes my airfare to Fort Lauderdale and Haiti, my airfare back to the US, medical supplies, toys, as well sleeping and food arrangements in Haiti. Any monetary donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated. Your prayers and words of encouragement are also accepted with utmost gratitude.
